Depending on your needs, the costs associated with in-home care can be comparable or less than the costs of an assisted living facility. Choosing Inspired Care Solutions allows you to remain in your home (where 83% of seniors prefer to be) and maintain a level of independence within a comfortable and familiar environment. Typically, you can have 7-10 hours of in-home care 7 days a week for the cost of moving to an assisted living facility. We find our clients rarely need 24/7 care. At Inspired Care Solutions you have options; you can determine if in-home care allows you to remain safe and independent in your own home before moving to an assisted living facility. We will design the care and services to meet your current needs and plan for your future needs.
No. We care for all ages, at all stages of life. The circumstances that create a need for home care are as varied as our clients. Perhaps your child has a disability and requires care 24/7. Maybe you’re caring for a spouse who recently had a stroke and can no longer bathe or dress on their own. Has a parent recently moved in with you, unable to manage living alone? We provide customized care solutions for your unique situation.

Companion care is a non-medical service that provides older adults with emotional support, social interaction, and light assistance with daily activities. It helps reduce loneliness while encouraging independence at home.
Regular social engagement has been linked to lower rates of depression, cognitive decline, and even heart disease in seniors. Having a companion caregiver encourages meaningful conversation, shared activities, and a stronger sense of purpose.
The benefits of companion care include reduced feelings of isolation, better emotional well-being, support with household tasks, encouragement to stay active, and improved overall quality of life for seniors.
Yes. Companion caregivers provide light assistance—such as running errands, preparing meals, or offering reminders—so seniors can continue living safely and confidently in their own homes.
Not exactly. Companion care focuses on social interaction and everyday support, while personal care often includes hands-on help with bathing, dressing, or mobility. Personal care can often serve as companion care because of the relationship formed between client and caregiver. But companion care can can be strictly what its name implies–companionship; it doesn’t need to cross into the realm of personal care if that service is not needed.
